What is a Chemical Peel?
The chemical peels we use are medical grade and safe for most skin types making almost everyone a candidate. They are appropriate for mild to moderate skin imperfections.
Active ingredients: Salicylic acid, lactic acid, resorcinol and retinol.
What to Expect
The entire procedure will take about 15-20 minutes. Patients may experience mild burning and tingling during the treatment. Patients often see instant results as the skin will look tight and revitalized immediately after the treatment. Peeling can occur for 5-7 days; this will vary in duration and intensity for each patient. Most people can return to their normal daily actives following the treatment. Avoiding direct sunlight, wearing a hat, and sunscreen is required during the healing process. Please refer to our after-care instructions which will be given after the procedure. For best results, 3-6 peels are recommended every 4 weeks.
